How to remove parker ink from chiffon?!!?
i accidently got a small splodge of black parker ink on a chiffon dress! :/ i have mananged to fade it howvever, its still visible and the water i have scrubbed it with has made a ring-like thing around it....is there any way to remove it with out covering it or cutting it?

If the dress is dry clean only...do not do anything. Any treatment could make the ink that much harder for a dry cleaner to remove.
If the dress is machine-washable, you can remove the ink with Krud Kutter Graffiti Remover. This product removes ink, even from fabric. It removed permanent magic marker for me...the marker fell right off like melted butter
Spray Krud Kutter onto the ink. Rub gently and let sit for about 15 minutes. Then launder as usual.
You can buy Krud Kutter Graffiti Remover at Home Depot and most hardware stores. Aco Hardware usually carries it. You can also buy it over the Internet:

Make sure you use the Graffiti formula, not the Original. The Original formula doesn't work on ink.
I've also seen Amodex Ink and Stain Remover recommended on Yahoo Answers. That might work, but I have had better luck with the Krud Kutter.
Krud Kutter doesn't smell bad, it's non-toxic, and the bottle will last you forever.
